Shipping & Returns

***Please Read 1st Note regarding Shipping as of February 2025 - Pending Bottle Arrivals***

All Sales of any size bottle may have a longer than normal delay in shipping out. We do have bottles, caps and sprayers on order pending arrival with a true ETA not confirmed.  Any bottles we do have on hand we will fill & ship out asap yet please know that some items may be delayed a couple of weeks to a month depending on arrival of the bottles.  I did go through our site & have removed 30 & 50ml size options while I"m awaiting arrival of the larger size bottles.  We have a limited stock of the 17ml's on hand and it does seem that the 17ml's will arrive before the others. If you are looking for a larger size of a fragrance that shows available please feel free to send a message as I do have some of the larger bottles still on hand (just very limited)

We offer a flat rate of $6 per order for the 1st item and $2 each addtl item shipped in the Continental United States and Hawaii.  

We review to process every order as timely as possible. Once reviewed we print out the label for your bottle to be created.  At that point the shipping label is purchased and you may receive the tracking number.  Once the tracking number is received you know the bottle or bottles are in the que to be made & shipped out.  All orders are dropped off in a 24hr overnight box @ the local post office.  The tracking usually updates within 24/48hr on once scanned on a business day @ the post office.  Weekends & holidays will delay this at times.

Shipping is handled through the USPS and you will be provided a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

RETURNS

We appreciate every one of our customers and truly appreciate your support.  As of now we do not accept returns for any reason as these items once used are no longer new and we do not have a way to ensure that the fragrances have not been tampered with upon receipt.  If/When an items arrives damaged or with an issue, please provide us with photo's before opening up the package, once opened and all the contents of the package for review.  Once we receive these documents we will then send out a replacement of the same fragrance/order. (if the same fragrance is no longer available we will issue a credit for use on a similar product).  This does have a time limit of 48hr from the time of delivery to notify our team via email - [email protected] .
