SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate of $5 per order for the 1st item and $2 each addtl item shipped in the Continental United States and Hawaii.  

We process every order within 2 business days from the the receipt of your order.  If you place an order after Friday after 3pm (EST) the order will be reviewed the following business day.  

Shipping is handled through the USPS and you will be provided a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

 

RETURNS

We appreciate every one of our customers and truly appreciate your support.  As of now we do not accept returns for any reason as these items once used are no longer new and we do not have a way to ensure that the fragrances have not been tampered with upon receipt.  If/When an items arrives damaged or with an issue, please provide us with photo's before opening up the package, once opened and all the contents of the package for review.  Once we receive these documents we will then send out a replacement of the same fragrance/order. (if the same fragrance is no longer available we will issue a credit for use on a similar product).  This does have a time limit of 48hr from the time of delivery to notify our team via email - [email protected] .
